Refund Policy


There will be no returns for cakes that have been delivered due to the nature of the product

.Except for the following situations：
A) Request a refund within 1 hour after placing the order
- It will take 7-21 days for the system to refund, and we do not bear the processing fee of payment gateway.
- Payment gateway processing fee (Malaysia -2.7% charge Debit/Credit card, Oversea -3.1% charge Debit/Credit) will be deducted from the balance at the time of refund.

Damages and issues 
Please check your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the problem and make it right.
