Delivery & Self-Collect

Please read through carefully the following Delivery Details. By using the site and/or purchasing products from us, you agree to follow and to be bound by these Delivery Details.

GENERAL:
Cake.Ki Bakery reserves the right to cancel, refund or replace any order at its sole discretion. We may modify or update these Delivery Details from time to time. Your continuing to use this website, you agree to abide by and be bound by the changed Delivery Details. You should check this page regularly to notice any changes we may make to the Delivery Details.

DELIVERY:
a) Please ensure that you're contactable during the time slot chosen as the delivery man will call you upon arrival. Failure to do so would result in the cake being sent back to the shop. In the event that the cake needs to be rescheduled for delivery, the customer should be liable for any charges. 

b) Please take note that each delivery comes with a risk and we're not liable for deliveries. We will not be responsible for the conditions of these items after delivery.

c) All changes to the delivery date, time and place must be made at least 2 days before the delivery date. We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

d) We are not responsible for any damages if the customer allows the deliveryman to leave the cake outside any premises. 

e) In the event that the recipient is uncontactable and all unsuccessful deliveries, items will be bagged and placed at your doorstep outside the unit.

f) The cake is freshly ordered on the same day, and all orders will be arranged according to the time selected by the customer. Please abide by the selected pick-up time. If the cakes have not been picked up after the our work time, please pick them up the next morning.

g) No refund will be given for any orders taht are not collected. All orders will only be kept up to 1 days with us before we discard them away.

h) The customer is responsible for checking the order specifications of the cake received are correct and in good condition before signing and acknowledging the order is well-received. Subsequent disputes regarding damage to the cake will not be entertained if not raised to the driver at the time of delivery. We will not be responsible for any damage that occurs after the delivery has been completed.
